Master's Degree in social science, Development Studies , Socioeconomic or other Social disciplines related to Environmental and Social Risk management or B.A Degree in Social Science, development studies, Socioeconomic or other Social disciplines related to Environmental and Social Risk with 7/9 years of general experience in social development management, including public consultation; public hearings ; participatory research methods (including observation, surveys) ; participatory rural and urban appraisal; participatory poverty assessments; participatory monitoring and evaluation; and grievance redress mechanisms respectively of which a minimum of at least 5 years of specific experience in social safeguard issues particularly in dealing with social risk management issues, as well as knowledge of physical and economic displacement, and rehabilitation (including preparations of Resettlement Action plan or resettlement, implementation relating to construction projects) and Gender Analysis. Moreover, demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with the World Bank's Environmental and Social safeguard policies including IFC performance standards.
